Charles Grier

Charles (Chuck) Grier is the principal of the UCI Management Team, actively participating in the day-to-day operation of the company. A true construction professional with nearly 35 years of construction experience and is a National Director of AGC (Association of General Contractors). He is an active part of both the professional and Wichita community, serving on a number of boards of directors.

Jeff Barley’s focus is on the specialty structures market. A 23-year UCI veteran, Jeff is responsible for all specialty structures, architectural concrete, and transportation related construction.

Most of David Odell’s 22 years at UCI has been spent within the treatment plant and process arena. He has helped improve the quality of life for millions of people through the construction of water related facilities.

Pat Miller

Pat Miller's core focus is on the development and execution of projects in the industrial marketplace. Pat is a 20+ year veteran of the UCI team and through those years has developed a tremendous respect and understanding of the complexity of the energy related infrastructure projects. Pat has been responsible for many energy related projects throughout the United States.

Kevin Parker’s focus is the industrial marketplace. During his 20 years with UCI he has worked with many of the major oil and gas companies in the United States, and has been responsible for the successful performance of work inside secure locations and strict refinery environments.

Walter Marcotte
Underground Infrastructure & Site Development

Walter Marcotte is responsible for underground piping systems and commercial site infrastructure. He is a 20-year veteran of UCI and has managed the installation of the underground infrastructure for many of the new residential, commercial, and industrial developments in the Wichita area.

Jeff Grier is responsible for the development of proposals and presentations to current and perspective UCI clients. His also handles all internal and external communications for UCI.
