Industrial facility expansion and green field projects allow the UCI team to work closely with the owner and/or engineer to create the most value-added construction project possible. By early discussions with the client, we are able to develop the right answer for the project issues.
Some projects are schedule driven, others are driven by cost. By making that determination at the beginning of the project UCI is able to identify the challenges the entire project team face.
