We can handle projects from start to finish, from engineering to construction. We’ll act as your single point of contact through engineering and design, procurement of equipment and construction materials as well as construction services. Each project is carefully evaluated, and we will communicate with you throughout each phase as the project moves forward.
Contractors don’t typically enter the process until the design is complete, so we will coordinate and manage all subcontractors from start to finish to assure quality and safety throughout your project. Qualities of our design-bid-build option include:

We can handle your project from beginning to end and can be hired as a subcontractor on specific projects. We also rely on our database of pre-qualified subcontractors in order to perform exceptional work in accordance with our standards.
At UCI, we have a hands-on approach in managing projects from beginning to end. Our construction managers will work with the design team to develop and budget your project, and we’ll use our Predictable Performance® system to ensure that every aspect is thoroughly planned out. We’ll ensure that your project is completed to your specifications, time and budget.
TIME & MATERIAL / COST PLUS
We use Time & Material (T&M) / Cost Plus contracts when it is difficult to accurately estimate or define the schedule of your project. We work closely with project owners to calculate costs, and we continually review and update the project owner with T&M / Cost Plus costs throughout the project cycle.
