Combining the Toyota Production System with construction industry practices we have created a formal process which allows UCI to complete a project quicker than traditional engineering and construction methods.  We constantly challenge our construction and business management processes to identify and remove waste to ensure the most efficient project delivery possible.

The use of formal lean construction processes provides our clients with quicker project completion and early project start up.  When operating under highly regulated environmental and financial pressure the single most valuable thing we can deliver to our clients is time.
